​At Swan Reach and District Pre-School we aim to provide the highest quality care and education for young children, while supporting the needs of families in our community. Our program and environment are play-based and promote a caring, fair and inclusive learning community. Our centre acknowledges and respects a wide diversity of cultures, religions and backgrounds.

Our educators strive to nurture and support each child to achieve their fullest potential. Children are given a chance to investigate, grow, develop relationships and explore interests through creating a sense of security and belonging. We provide a balance between child led, child initiated and educator-supported learning. Educators plan and create learning environments that encourage children to explore, solve problems, create and construct.

We have strong ties to our local community, with regular visits from local services and strong involvement from our parent community.

Our local schools also support the transition process with visits in our 4-year-old program from local Prep teachers and by acting as hosts for special excursions.
