YMCA Early Years Management (YEYM) delivers the following services:

  • All licensing requirements including monitoring of services to ensure regulatory and funding requirements are met.
  • Payroll Services ie Awards, Leave Provisions, Staff Records, Web Based Payroll System.
  • Financial Management including payment of accounts, budgeting, financial reporting, collection of fees and debt collection.
  • Human Resource Management including relief staff, employment of new staff, professional development, performance management and ensuring staff qualifications are up to date.
  • OH & S Compliance.
  • Quality assurance and staff performance reviews conducted by experienced Early Childhood Advisors.
  • Development of generic policies and procedures which are meaningful and constantly updated.
  • Liaising with Local Government.
  • Strategic Planning for the future.
  • Support to enable compliance with changes in the sector including implementation of the National Quality Framework: development of Philosophies, writing Quality Improvement Plans, preparing for Assessment and Rating visits and being present during these visits.
  • Responding to all feedback from families.
  • General support to staff and parent committees.
