Changing your details

Changes to details can be made via the family portal: HubHello.
Families are sent log-in credentials for HubHello when enrolments are confirmed.

Withdrawing from a kindergarten place

The following form is for completion by parents/carers withdrawing their child from a Kindergarten or deferring their place. This is required for all withdrawals and for the reimbursement.

Please fill in the relevant online form for your kindergarten, which can be accessed through the links below:

  • For Kindergartens in Metropolitan Melbourne: (Shires of Banyule, Baroondara, Maroondah, Monash, Manningham, Nillumbik, Whitehorse, Yarra) fill in this form (link)
  • For Kindergartens in Eastern Victoria: (Regional Shires of: Bass Coast, Baw Baw, East Gippsland, South Gippsland) fill in this form (link)​​
  • For Kindergartens in Western Victoria: (Regional Shires of: Ararat, Ballarat, Bendigo, Buloke, Central Goldfields, Mildura, Mount Alexander, Pyrenees, Swan Hill) fill in this form (link)​​

It also provides an opportunity for feedback and a brief explanation for the reasons for the withdrawal.
